Sekar Balaji

Sekar Balaji is a senior “Management Consultant” with 25 years of working experience and “certified Risk Management professional” “Harvard Business Analytics” worked as Quality HSE Manager in UAE & Saudi Arabia, He is also a Six Sigma Master Black Belt trained many Lean Six Sigma Green and Black Belts and executed many Six Sigma projects. Balaji also serves as a member of ASQ (American Society of Quality) in addition, currently he is a Risk Management specialist in UAE’s mega projects.

He holds a Master of Science post graduate degree in Chemical Engineering and also worked in Dubai Quality and Excellence Awards. His professional career included Quality, HSE, Risk management, Business Continuity, Information Security Management and Business Analytics as the Group Manage in a holding group company in UAE.

He has also worked in Steel fabrication, pre-engineered steel builders, process industries & chemical manufacturing in UAE. Before that, he worked as the Quality Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, where he assisted the organization to improve the process & increase more productivity by deploying Lean & Six sigma.

Sekar Balaji has also worked in many consultancies and EPC Projects in UAE, KSA & Oman. He has completed many CQI IRCA Lead Auditor Certifications in QMS ISO 9001, EMS 14001, OH&S 45001, BCMS 22301, ISMS 27001, Risk Management 31000 and PMI-RMP as well.
