Gus Takkale

Gus Takkale is a Leadership and Change Specialist as well as the Author of the book, THE ROAD: A Journey through the 5C’s of Change and the new book, CAVE Connection (The Future of Employee Engagement & Generation Y).

Gus has worked with various organizations in North America, Europe and the Middle East. He is a writer and active speaker on innovative change, selfleadership, communication, and talent management.

Gus speaks at conferences and retreats all over the world from Dubai to Los Angeles, and Toronto to Johannesburg. He is the 2013 Past-President of CAPS (Canadian Association of Professional Speakers), a member of the GSF (Global Speakers Federation) and has won various awards for public speaking.

Gus is a Certified NLP Practitioner (USA & Canada). He also has a business degree from the University of Albuquerque (USA) and a PGD from the Toronto Business School (Canada). His background includes working as a Regional HR Director for blue chip companies like SAP and HILTI in the Middle East and in consulting with Arthur Anderson and KPMG in Canada and the US.

Gus’s philosophy is simple: “Show me results”. If the bottom-line does not increase, then the change process was not successful. Change means growth, and growth means higher returns! He doesn`t believe in cutting costs randomly to boost efficiency ... innovation and execution of great ideas produce that!
