Ali Fadhlani

Ali Fadhlani is currently the Head of Business Excellence & Innovation at twofour54, the leading media creation hub in the region overlooking issues related to process documentation and improvement, customer satisfaction, Risk Management continuity of business, Occupational Health and Safety and Innovation.

Prior to this job, he was the head of Organization Excellence Department at Securities and Commodities Authority UAE; Manager Business Excellence at Jumeirah Group, Manager Business Excellence at Dubai Holding Group and Vice Manager Consumer Services Department at Dubai Electricity and Water Authority.

He is considered as one of UAE experts in the field of Business Excellence recognized by EFQM with relation with EFQM Excellence Model started in 2007. He participated as assessor in many prestigious awards including The EFQM organized European Global Award, Sheikh Khalifa Government Excellence Program, Dubai Holding Excellence Award, Tatweer Chairman Award and Dubai Courts Award as well as Jury member for Sheikh Khalifa Excellence Award (SKEA) and Abu Dhabi Chamber SME Award.

He is also an EFQM certified Recognized for Excellence and committed to Excellence certification assessor assessing and certifying many leading organizations in region.

He is an EFQM certified licensed trainer since 2012 with a long list of trained clients including Emaar, Etihad Railways, Department of Culture & Tourism, Masdar, National Crises and Emergency Management Authority, Ministry of Civil Services – Oman, Central Bank of Iraq and Real Estate Development Fund – Saudi Arabia.

He holds higher diploma in Electronics Engineering, Bachelor degree in Engineering Management from Higher Colleges of Technology and Master Degree in Total Quality Management from Wollongong University.
